Late-Brake Racing
Unofficially formed several years ago when Brent Knoll (above right) tirelessly tried to convince Mark Repka (above left) that Spec 944 racing was the "right" thing to do. Turns out, it was the only thing to do, as the reality of what it would cost to go racing in any of the other classes was just too much for Mark, and I suspect many other wannabe racers out there, to afford. 2009 turned out to be the first real season for us, as it takes time and money to build both the race cars, and the spare parts to be able to race with any sort of regularity. It also takes track days, and many of them, to fulfill the necessary requirements of the chosen sanctioning body, in our case Porsche Club of America.
